Is it normal to experience a moment of tingling in the application of mud from the Dead Sea in the face?
Ok, here's my case. After I made a exfoliating facial cleansing, I applied the mud of the Dead Sea and almost immediately felt a terrible burning sensation in my face! Given the fact that I have sensitive skin, so I wonder if it's normal to have a moment of tingling when first applied mud from the Dead Sea or it because I did not rub the face before applying the mask? Or the mud from the Dead Sea does not work on my skin? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I have now. not my first time and I still feel the same burning sensation. Like you, I do have sensitive skin either, so I hope my face will get used eventually. but one thing is certain, do not scrub your face before the mask, or even hours before. These masks are very strong by nature, it is recommended that alternate the facial scrub and mask of the week. limit use to once a week, maximum 15 minutes each time, no matter what they say on the packaging. apply a thin layer only, so you can wash them quickly. always does wonders for your skin, because a little goes a long way in such masks. after washing off, apply a thick layer of cold pure / aloe vera gel Organic. Your skin will thank you. (:
